We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Service to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead client service initiatives by leveraging in-depth industry knowledge and operational expertise to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Monitor and report on client service metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery and to implement necessary improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to junior team members and ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Drive strategic projects that align with the organization's pillars and principles, ensuring that client operations are efficient and effective.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- 7-12 years of experience in client service or operations within the financial services industry.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to handle complex client interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
