Opportunity: BC/BE - Family Medicine

This is a personalized practice opportunity allowing physicians to choose their desired FTE, focus areas, and practice style. The position offers the chance to be part of a growing healthcare team serving an expanding community and region.

Job Details:

This Family Medicine position offers flexibility and comprehensive practice opportunities:

• Flexible FTE options (full-time example: 36 patient contact hours, or 32 hours if including OB)
• Monday-Friday hours between 8am-5pm
• Primary location in Detroit Lakes with potential outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, or Mahnomen Clinics
• Procedures and OB services welcome but not required (20-25 deliveries annually; C-sections performed by OB/GYN or General Surgery)
• Manageable patient load of 14-18 patients per day, adjustable based on patient type
• Reasonable call schedule (approximately 1:8 weekends, 2-4 weekdays per month)
• Hospitalist service in place to support patient care
• Access to comprehensive onsite services including multiple specialties, imaging, lab, and therapy services
• Outreach services available in Audiology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine
• Starting and retention incentives available to assist with loan repayment
• NHSC Loan Repayment Qualifying Site

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
