This Med/Surg travel RN need supports a 6:1 max ratio with strong unit support (2 LNAs, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor) and charting in Epic, focusing on collaborative care planning and bedside nursing standards. Candidates must have 3+ years current Med/Surg experience and charge experience, with NH (or compact) RN license plus AHA BLS/ACLS uploaded in the profile; prior travel is preferred. No block scheduling, no 48-hr guarantee, no locals, and all RTO/scheduling requests (max 5 days) must be submitted upfront—requests after upload/offer won’t be approved; traveler must have their own vehicle.
