Primary Duties:Outpatient Management: Provide continuity of care for a diverse CKD population, focusing on slowing disease progression and patient education.
Dialysis Oversight: Direct care for ESRD patients at affiliated dialysis centers, optimizing outcomes through regular rounding and collaboration with care managers.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with transplant coordinators, vascular surgeons, and primary care providers to deliver seamless, full-spectrum renal therapy.

QualificationsBoard Certified/Eligible in Nephrology.
Completion of an accredited Fellowship.
Active (or eligible) New Jersey Medical License.
