The Nephrology Physician will provide specialized care for patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease, managing outpatient treatment and dialysis oversight. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including transplant coordinators and vascular surgeons to ensure comprehensive renal therapy. Primary Duties:
Outpatient Management: Provide continuity of care for a diverse CKD population, focusing on slowing disease progression and patient education.
Dialysis Oversight: Direct care for ESRD patients at affiliated dialysis centers, optimizing outcomes through regular rounding and collaboration with care managers.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with transplant coordinators, vascular surgeons, and primary care providers to deliver seamless, full-spectrum renal therapy.
Ownership Pathway: A transparent, accelerated track to Partnership/Shareholder status.
