- 4 days per week Monday through Friday
- 8 am - 4:30 pm with 30 minute lunch
- 18 - 21 patients per day
- Basic wellness checks and same day sick visits
- 1+ years FQHC provider experience required
- Hospital privileges required
- BLS certification required
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
