Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility | North Haverhill, NH
MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a skilled nursing facility in North Haverhill, New Hampshire. In this role, you’ll provide therapy to residents to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills while collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary rehab team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality SLP services to residents in a skilled nursing setting

- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other care team members
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Educate residents and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
