Seeking a full-time, board-certified Urology Physician to join a well-established hospital in Watertown, NY, providing general and specialized urological care including advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Urology Opportunity: Watertown, NY Located 70m to Syracuse, 50m to Canadian border H1/J1 EligiblePosition Details:

- Seeking a general urologist or urologist with interest in womens urology, andrology, advanced laparoscopy and/or robotics
- Call: 1:4, serving one hospital
- Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to da Vinci Xi in 2019
- Office conveniently located 5-minute drive to hospital campus
- In-office surgical suite for minor procedures
- Catchment population: 250,000
- Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
- Serving the military men and women from nearby Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Army Division
- Emergency Urology admissions provided by Hospitalist Service, with consult to Urologist
- Operating Rooms were newly constructed in 2010, block scheduling
- Teaching opportunities are extended with accredited ACGME/AOA family medicine and internal medicine residency training programs

- Annual salary: $550,000 year 1, plus WRVU productivity bonus
- Annual Salary: $600,000, years 2-4
- Signing bonus: $50,000 -100,000
- Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
- Relocation reimbursement: $10,000

- Holds Board Certification with the American Board of Urology, or actively in process
- Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model
- Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills
- Able to provide surgical case log indicating active experience over the past two years
- Enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible care and outcomes
