- Flexible Coverage Needs: Coverage is needed for 24-hour in-house NICU shifts, OR for a 12-hour shift covering the Newborn Nursery (NBN)/Delivery role.
- Diverse Shift Options:
- In-House NICU Shift: 24 hours in the Level III NICU.
- NBN/Delivery Role (12-Hour): 7 AM - 7 PM, attending all high-risk deliveries, rounding on well-newborns, and providing 2-4 hours of downtime coverage to the 24-hour NNP in the Level III NICU in the afternoon.
- Supportive Structure: You will work alongside Neonatologists and other clinical colleagues. There is no routine newborn nursery coverage required for the in-house NICU role.
- EMR System: To be confirmed (Note: Other jobs at this provider group use Epic/Cerner; please confirm during application).
- Contract Length: 13-week assignment.
- Board Certification: Must be Board Certified (BE will not be accepted).
- Licensure: Active Colorado State License is REQUIRED.
- Certification & Education: Current APRN National Specialty Certification (NNP) and a Minimum Master s Degree are required.
- Clinical Activity: Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year.
- Specialty Experience: Must have at least 6 months of clinical experience within the Neonatal specialty.
- Documentation: Must have completed the Prescreen Questionnaire and the CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained.
