Details:
- Along with primary care, services include cardiology, nephrology, OB/GYN, ortho and pediatrics.
- Lab and radiology services are also available.
- The family practice care team consists of 4 physicians, 5 APPs and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff.
- Expect a busy practice with instant volume.

- Outpatient practice only
- Shared outpatient call: 1:5
