Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a ER Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Albany, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $68 / hour
*W2
Shifts Available:
- 7p-7:30a- 36 hours (CANNOT DO 48hour)Every other weekend Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a ER Registered Nurse
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
- Must have up to date certification in the state of NY
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients quickly upon arrival
- Triage patients based on severity of condition
- Provide immediate emergency care (wound care, CPR, IV insertion, medications, etc.)
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Document patient information and care provided
- Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Prepare patients for tests, imaging, or transfer
- Ensure equipment and supplies are ready and functional
