Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems.
Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems.
• Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions
• Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters.
• Apply strong analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering,
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test.
- High proficiency in C++ or Matlab or Python
- Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent
- Radar systems development experience including signal processing, antenna patterns, detection/tracking/discrimination algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation
- and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and
Active DoD Secret level clearance or higher
Security Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
