Lead and manage all operations of a correctional facility food service department, including staffing, training, safety/sanitation compliance, budgeting and purchasing, and customer service. Oversee industrial-scale meal production, ensure regulatory and culinary standards (ServSafe/HACCP) are met, and coordinate with district management and other departments. Requires at least two years coordinating food service operations, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; salary $55,000–60,000/yr with benefits.
