The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce. Float pool nurses are not simply valued – they’re invaluable, providing crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages including boarders in the emergency department, step down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock down psych, long-term care and many more. This position provides nurses with variety, excitement with an ever-changing work environment. Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year Nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
