What You'll Be Doing:
- Create, manage, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate SAP records including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials
- Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs
- Supervise a crew of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work
- Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations
What Are We Looking For:
- High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred
- 3 plus years of preferred maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP PM Module preferred
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to safety and reliability
Work Environment:
- Based in a corporate office and industrial plant setting
- Regular interaction with maintenance crews, vendors, and operational teams
- May require off-shift or night work depending on production needs
- Exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions
- Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations
