- Eligible for employment and state medical license in Illinois

7 on 7 off schedule
2 other Urologists and 1 APRN on staff
150 bed hospital
Employed position with a progressive and financially secure Health System.
Base salary with a two year guarantee and uncapped RVU production
Signing bonus and annual retention bonus
Paid malpractice with tail
