Position Details:- Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Primary & Specialty Care Services team in Hagerstown, IN.
- Full-time hospital employed position
- Team: 3 Nurse Practitioners, MA's, an office assistant, and manager.
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 6pm
- Schedule will vary depending on provider.
Education/Experience:- Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine
- Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
- Licensure: Indiana Medical License
- Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
