This position is for a Gastroenterology Hospitalist Physician providing inpatient GI care and consults at a hospital in Delaware, covering unassigned emergency calls and managing a daily patient census. The role requires performing procedures such as EGD, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, bleeding control, and biopsies, with continuous anesthesia support available. Candidates must be board certified or eligible, hold an active state license, and have basic life support certification, working 24-hour inpatient call shifts on a locum tenens basis.
