Pediatrician (New grads are accepted) - South Bend, INA mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving underserved communities in Southern Indiana. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate provider committed to improving children's health and well-being in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Practice Highlights:100% outpatient practice
Join a supportive team including two physicians and two nurse practitioners
Manage approximately 18-20 patients per day
Team-based, collaborative care model
Integrated Behavioral Health services onsite
Flexible full-time schedule with optional four-day work week
No evenings or weekend requirements
Closed on major holidays
35 patient-facing hours per week
Use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records system
Clinic Hours:Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday (1st & 3rd): 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Preference for experience in FQHC, CHC, or PCMH models of care
