Venue and Events Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Menu development and high-level execution
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, venue management, and clients
- Assurance of quality, taste, and presentation
- Mentorship, training, and development of team members
- Communicate effectively and clearly
Venue and Events Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited culinary institution or comparable experience
- 5 years of Chef experience and at least 1 year leading culinary operations
- Experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end catering preferred
- Must be responsible and driven with the ability to manage self
- Highly skilled in a multitude of cuisines and culinary techniques
