A private outpatient clinic in Charlotte is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with spine or neuro/spine experience for ongoing coverage. This is a non-surgical, clinic-based role offering exceptional flexibility and strong clinical support.
Assignment OverviewStart Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Practice Setting: Private outpatient clinic
Schedule:
Start with 1 day per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Approximately 4 shifts per month available
Schedule is very flexible
Patients Per Day: Approximately (includes new patients)
Patient Population: Primarily adult; minimal pediatrics
Case Mix: 99% non-surgical spine and orthopedic cases
Common Conditions: Spine pain, whiplash, injury-related evaluations
Epidural injections
Facet injections
Cortisone injections
Joint injections
Spine evaluations and basic orthopedic workups
Fracture care experience helpful
PACS imaging system
C-arm access available (no in-office fluoroscopy)
No Schedule II narcotics prescribed
Multidisciplinary team including:
PAs and NPs
Physiatrist
Pain Anesthesiologist
RN support
On-site Sports Medicine physician and Foot & Ankle specialist
Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Spine or Neuro Surgery experience required (no surgery performed
ASAP start once licensing and insurance are confirmed
