Who We re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who are:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Alabama
Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care
Passionate about community health and value-driven outcomes
Experience in patient engagement, chronic care management, and collaborative practice models is strongly valued.
