Candidates must be adaptable, as assignments may shift between day and night coverage based on hospital needs.

- Schedule: Either a single 24-hour shift for one provider or two providers covering 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts; flexibility required as shifts may change to meet coverage gaps
Responsibilities and Duties- Prepare patients and rooms for Interventional Radiology procedures
- Assist with various IR procedures as directed by supervising physicians
- Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines for patient care and safety
- Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all procedures and patient interactions
Additional Information- Must hold an active New York state license as a Physician Assistant
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential; providers may be moved between day and night shifts to meet patient and client needs
- Board certification is not required for this assignment
