RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Provide general medical surgical care to patients on a 23-bed unit
• Work with equipment including Pyxis, hoyer lift, sara steady, Welch Allen VS machines, Dynamaps, and hover mat for patient transfers
• Use Meditech EMR system for documentation
• Required certifications: RN/LPN license and BLS
• Preferred certifications: ACLS and NIHCPI
• Must have inpatient hospital nursing experience
• Float to other medical surgical units and telemetry as needed
• Work 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Work 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs with navy, black, or white jacket and undershirt
• Must demonstrate patient-focused care, attention to detail, team player mentality, and positive attitude
• Work alongside charge nurses, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and unit secretaries on day shift
• Night shift includes charge nurses, RNs, LPNs, and PCTs
