Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). If you’re committed to providing exceptional patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient care plans
- Provide therapeutic treatments and exercises to patients
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
Qualifications:- Valid PTA license in Virginia
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
