Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team for a night shift position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and ensuring their safety and comfort during night hours.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient care in alignment with the standards and policies.
- Assist in the assessments and evaluations of patient health statuses.
- Execute the care plan and document care provided in the patient's medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidate must have a valid license/certificate verification and complete all necessary health screenings and forms as outlined in the client requirements.
