Cross Country Locums

Work Dates Needed: ASAP for 3 months or until they find perm or Locum to perm option
Preferred Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F but open to 4 days a week at least
Worksite Setting: 100% outpatient clinic with Pharmacy & X-Ray.
Scope of Work:
- All ages 1 FP & 3 APP providers,
- up to 20 -25ppt.
- Willingness to be back up or Primary Supervising MD for 1 or more of the APP.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- SC license,
- DEA,
- BLS,
- proof of immunizations
EMR: EPIC
Pay Rate: $130 plus all expenses
