Description
This position provides quality inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and select adolescent and pediatric patients by identifying patient needs and developing individualized physical therapy programs. Increase public awareness of health and safety issues by providing community and hospital staff education.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy --or--
- Coursework/Training and Certification from a physical therapy curriculum
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
