- Diverse Case Mix: Bread-and-butter surgeries include orthopedics, OB/GYN, GI, urology, endoscopy, pediatrics (e.g., adenoids), and general surgery. No cardiac, neuro, spine, or major trauma cases.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday Friday schedule some days done by 1pm with minimal late cases.

Compensation & Benefits:- Base Salary: $275K annually.
- Student Loan Forgiveness: $155K provided by the hospital.
