This is aFull Timeposition at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24hr with benefits including:

Responsibilities:

TheOperationsDivisionis looking for a dedicated, reliable, and experienced individual to join the team as afull time Sr Supervisor. You willoversee thesafe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs, maintenance and upkeep of thewaterpark, and supervision of aquatics staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• 2+yearsof Operations/Aquatics supervisoryexperience or background

• High School Diplomaor GED isa must

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Possess the ability to handle confidential information without divulging contents to peers and coworkers

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

• Able to handle confidential information responsibly

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Able to work flexible/rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• E&A International Lifeguard Training Program® certification

• ILTP® Instructor (must be obtained if hired)

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent (must be obtained if hired)

• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to work together and exceed expectations

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
