Schedule:Shifts per month: 20Clinic/Patient Contact Hours: 8am to 5pmClinic Days: Monday thru FridayShift length: 8 hoursProcedure/OR Days: 2 to 3 per weekOn Call: shared call with 3 interventionalistEP locums to take general call on the weekends either preceding or succeeding their weekday coverage.Inpatient Responsibilities: YesOutreach: no current outreach site activeTelehealth: YesNumber of Physicians: 3Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 5Supervision of APP expected: YesExam Rooms per Provider: 5Medical Imaging: YesLab & Pharmacy: YesClinic Provider Daily Volume: 20-25Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 10-20 cardiology patientsAppointment Length: 15 to 30 minutes apptsEMR: Cerner PowerchartJob Responsibilities:Clinic visits (new/established) Electrophysiology procedures, device monitoring (loopp, pacemakers, ICD) general callIn Clinic device transmissions and reprogrammingWe have an EP PA who will assist with patient volumes. Post procedure and established patientsServices/Procedures offered in the practice:On site and remote device transmissionsEP studiesablations (afib, aflutter, svt, pvc, vt)pacemaker/ICD/temp pacer/loop recorder insertionsgen changesTEEcardioversions
