Great Opportunity for a Family or Internal Medicine Physician Location: Near Fair Oaks / Michigan City, INSchedule: Full-Time 40 hours/week Day Shift Flexible Scheduling Options Opportunity Overview We are seeking a compassionate and Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our well-established, multi-specialty team in scenic City, Indiana just a short drive from both Chicago and the shores of Lake Michigan. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, teamwork, and community connection, all within a flexible and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care delivery. Manage 20 25 patients per day in a well-supported clinical setting. Utilize virtual care tools for up to 25% of patient visits. Participate in a flexible schedule: Option of four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days Call schedule: Family Medicine 1:15 Internal Medicine 1:7 Women s Health experience is a plus, but not required.
