A long-standing, physician-owned internal medicine practice in beautiful Asheville, NC is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (or Family Medicine physician who sees adults only) to join its thriving outpatient team. Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient adult primary care - no hospital or inpatient work
- 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling
- Low call volume: phone-only, just 2 weeknights per month and 2-3 weekends per year
- Average 16 patients per day with strong clinical and administrative support
- Modern, well-equipped clinic using Athena EMR

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $220,000-$240,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-on or relocation bonus available
