- Blue Team schedule: 8:30am - 2pm Monday through Sunday (38.5 hours/week)
- Average 15 patients per physician per day
- Level IV NICU facility
- Night call from home 5pm - 8am with 50% callback chance
- Must attend for patients <28 weeks premature and critical cases
- NRP certification and Level IV NICU experience required
- Neonatal resuscitation procedures required
- Transfers accepted from lower level facilities
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
