What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.
- Support and develop team members through coaching and training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.
