Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Med-Surg Telemetry RN to support a Med-Surg Tele unit in Concord, MA. This role requires prior travel nursing experience and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care in an acute care telemetry setting.

Schedule & Requirements

• 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• 36 hours per week

• Every other weekend and holiday required

• Travel nursing experience required

• Telemetry experience required

• Meditech EMR experience can be waived for strong candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult Med-Surg Telemetry patients

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry readings

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per patient plan

• Document patient care accurately in EMR

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately

Required Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN License required

• AHA BLS Certification required

• Prior Travel Nursing experience required

• Telemetry experience required
