Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patients. The role includes performing OT evaluations, treatments, attending care plan meetings, developing care plans, and participating in discharge planning.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age-appropriate treatment programs.
- Participate in discharge planning and perform administrative duties.
- Participate in performance improvement and pursue professional growth.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience required.
- BLS & NM or state licensure required.
- Acute care experience required.
