Position: Neurologist (Permanent)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neurologist to join our esteemed medical team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of neurological conditions, providing exemplary patient care, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough neurological examinations and assessments to diagnose neurological disorders such as epilepsy, Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis, strokes, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, diagnostic testing, and patient education.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and document clinical findings accurately.
- Collaborate closely with neurology nurses, primary care physicians, and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Keep abreast of advancements in neurology and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
- Participate in departmental meetings, educational activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Valid medical license to practice in California.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in neurology with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred.
