Job Title

- Full-time, days shift, Monday through Friday, with at least one weekend per month
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute care physical therapy services to patients in a short-term hospital setting
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner charting system
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Work flexible shifts, including guaranteed 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, totaling 36-48 hours per week
- Participate in holiday coverage as required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in acute care physical therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Valid IN state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (must be in hand or pending)
- In-state license or certifications accepted; out-of-state must be pending license in IN
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or short-term acute care facility
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic charting system
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle holiday shifts
