Family Nurse Practitioner Location: Washington, D.C.
Schedule: Flexible - 3 Days /Week -Part-Time
Practice Setting: Outpatient, Low-Volume Practice

Position Highlights:
We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a well-established internal medicine practice in Washington, D.C. This is a great opportunity for someone who values quality over quantity, enjoys personalized patient care, and prefers a slower-paced, supportive environment.
You'll work closely with an internal medicine physician to provide comprehensive care to a diverse adult patient population, including professionals, community leaders, and multigenerational families focused on wellness and prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine, urgent, and follow-up patient visits
Diagnose and treat common acute conditions (e.g., infections, minor injuries, dermatologic concerns)
Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia
Provide both in-person and telehealth services
Order and interpret labs, manage prescriptions, and coordinate referrals
Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, vaccinations, and minor procedures
Educate patients on wellness and preventive strategies
Participate in occasional home visits or after-hours care (optional/flexible)
Requirements:
Active and unrestricted NP license in Washington, D.C.
Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
At least 2 years of experience in internal medicine or primary care
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a physician
Patient-focused, empathetic, and committed to high clinical standards
