- Full-time opportunity for a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Critical Care Physician
- Average of 8 Äì14 patients per day
- On-site schedule: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with overnight call from home (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
- Full-time equals 182 shifts per year
- Flexible scheduling options available (7 on/7 off, 10 on/10 off)
- Closed ICU model
- 24/7 hospitalist program manages inpatients
- Collaborative multi-specialty support including Cardiology, Neurosurgery, Nephrology, General/Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, GI, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, and Neurology
- Strong team environment emphasizing communication, collaboration, and quality patient outcomes Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Eligible for unrestricted Iowa medical license
- Active or eligible DEA registration
