Required Skills: Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist services Ability to manage high-volume delivery hospitals effectively Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Level 3 NICU care Familiarity with OB triage and emergency protocols Prior experience working with residents or allied health staff Knowledge of high-risk pregnancy management Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of recent hospitalist OB practice Current ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications Other Requirements: Availability to start on or before September 1, 2026 Availability during shift hours from 04:00 to 06:00 Willingness to coordinate with local OB groups and backup coverage teams Ability to handle approximately 30 private deliveries/month and 125 patients in OB triage This exciting opportunity offers hourly pay, comprehensive medical benefits, weekly direct deposit, a robust referral bonus program, and ongoing support from a dedicated team committed to your success.
