This is a permanent outpatient pediatric physician position in Southern California offering a $290K-$300K base salary with no call or weekend duties. The role is based in a federally qualified health center serving medically underserved populations, with excellent benefits and loan repayment options. Candidates must be BC/BE in Pediatrics with a California medical license and are offered flexible salary negotiations, sign-on bonuses, and visa sponsorship opportunities.
100% Outpatient Pediatric position - $290,000 - $300,000 Base Salary 1 hour and 15 minutes from San Diego, CAFederally qualified health center (FQHC) with loan repayment availablePediatric residency training required. BC/BE required American Board of Pediatrics.Permanent position only no locums. Located 70 miles to San Diego and 78 miles to Los Angeles, CA. 30 miles from Riverside, CA and San Bernardino, CA. Group has 13 clinics total in southern California and expanding with additional clinics in the future. 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well.
