Hi! We’re looking for a part-time nanny for our 4 month old in the Remington neighborhood of Baltimore who is able to start this month. Looking to start with 2 days/week, 9:30am-5pm, with the goal to add more days (up to 4/week) later this year. We’d love to find someone with long-term availability who could be with us until our daughter is two years old! We are also open to adding another family for a nanny share in the future. One parent works full-time from his home office and the other has a hybrid role – we also have two friendly cats. Responsibilities include feeding, changing, and developmentally-appropriate activities. The ideal nanny has: - Infant experience - Positive references - Values reliability and clear, direct communication - Non-smoker - CPR certified - Up to date Covid/Flu/Tdap - Ability to be paid as a W2 employee - Early childhood ed experience is a plus!
