A non-profit health center with over 40+ years of experience providing patient-centered health care services to 6 counties across northeast Texas is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician who enjoys working with geriatric patients. The Position:

• Full-time; Monday Friday 8 am - 5 pm
• Average of 23 patients per day
• Rolling Call schedule- 1 week of call every 3-4 months
• Will only see geriatric patients
• Work in Nextgen EHR
• Will consider new graduates
