Schedule: February - ongoing
Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
Types of Cases: full scope obstetrics and gynecology generalist
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Certifications Required: Must be board certified or board eligible
Licensure Required: active Illinoisor active Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC)
