Pediatrician Full-time Santa Cruz County Salary: $199,000 $277,000 DOE What You ll Do: Provide full-spectrum pediatric care including preventive visits, chronic disease management, urgent care, and wellness support. Work as a core member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary Care Team in a high-quality, patient-centered FQHC environment. Serve as a clinical leader and mentor, including optional precepting of Family Medicine residents in a new academic program. Participate in telehealth services, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and use clinical admin time to support documentation and care planning. What We re Looking For: Board-certified Family Physician licensed in California, with a strong foundation in pediatric and family medicine. Experience in community health, chronic disease, mental health, and care for underserved populations is strongly preferred. Commitment to health equity, culturally responsive care, and working within a mission-driven, diverse care setting. Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable; ability to work at least one evening per week and occasional Saturdays required.
