What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to established protocols.
• Assist with controlling access to restricted areas as specified by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while representing Allied Universal.
• Document security-related incidents and/or observations as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
