• Level II trauma center
• Schedule:10-hour day shifts
• No call
• Closed ICU
• Duties: Rounding, admissions, discharges, etc.
• Daily Volume: 15 patients
• Team of 12 physicians & 11 APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Board certification required
