We are seeking a compassionate and experienced APRN to join our growing healthcare team, providing high-quality care in skilled nursing and long-term rehabilitation facilities. This role involves diagnosis, treatment, patient
management, and interdisciplinary care coordination across a range of specialties, such as pulmonary and acute care, infectious disease, cardiovascular, pain management, psychiatry, and physical rehabilitation.
