Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Beverly, Massachusetts 01915 (North Shore, Greater Boston area)
• Healthcare Setting: Obstetrics Delivery Unit
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Contract
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: February 28, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2700 - $2770
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (nights and days), every other weekend required; shift blocks rotate every 2-4 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36 hours (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Float Requirement: No floating required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (3-5+ years preferred)
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
• Experience in the operating room (OR) preferred
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding (no declinations accepted)
• Must have a 6-month separation from BILH to be eligible

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perinatal care, including prenatal assessment, labor management, and postpartum support for mothers and newborns
• Deliver intraoperative and recovery care for operative deliveries
• Care for maternal/newborn couplet dyads and deliver specialized nursing for premature or high-risk newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in biweekly orientation and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies and nursing best practices
